General Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you.
The general returns policy comprises

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
Please note that Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Please look at the returns policy category wise. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
- For electronic devices please remove any stored personal information (Picture, Messages etc) or any modifications (password, screen lock pattern etc) before returning the product.
- Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).
- If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
If your item meets the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at +880-1879-474747. Requirements will vary for category which you can find below. Please note that you have to contact our customer service within the provided window (Calendar days) for each product category to initiate the returns process.

Reasons for Returns
- Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
- Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
- Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
